The Leading Women Circle was founded by Marina Montalto with a clear intention: to bring together women in leadership—CEOs, entrepreneurs, professionals—in a space where connections grow through presence, quality, and perspective. The Circle is international, diverse, and shaped by the people who are part of it. Each voice contributes something different, and every meeting becomes an opportunity to discover new directions.

Within this vision, The Experience "With" was born. It is a format shaped around a moment—a lunch, a dinner, an aperitivo—shared with a guest. Each guest is a woman with a path, a project, a personal way of inhabiting leadership. She might be a designer, a founder, a chef, a curator. What brings her to the table is her point of view.

The setting is informal and refined: a table set with care, a small group of women, an atmosphere where it feels natural to listen, to speak, to pause. Stories are shared not to impress but to open a space of connection.

Each edition of The Experience With is different. It may take place in a hotel, a private apartment, an atelier, or a garden. The format remains fluid and open, adapting to the people around the table and the tone of the conversation that takes shape.
