From Paris to Milan: How Officine Universelle Buly 1803 Revives the Spirit of Authentic Beauty and Celebrates the Poetry of Detail
As soon as you enter in the magical boutique of Officine Universelle Buly 1803 you are catapulted into a magical world, almost like a journey into the past, everything recalls an era only dreamed or peeked through black and white photographs or films with skilful reconstructions.
It all began in 1803 when Jean-Vincent Bully, an illustrious Parisian perfumer, marked a turning point for his time and for the history of beauty with the launch of his famous "Vinaigre de Toilette", which soon conquered from all over the world.
We have known for some time that the French are good perfumers, but the peculiarity of these products is in the extreme care and refinement of the elements used from packaging to store decoration.
From the tiled floor, to the high wooden lacquered bookcases to the windows that contain different products for personal care tell of a reality rich in excellence and values of the past.
Officine Universelle Buly makes detail its centre. Faithful to the French tradition of savoir-faire, the Maison offers a customisation service to transform each creation into a precious treasure chest.
Maybe because this commercial world is disappearing from hand to hand, or maybe because the French have always been good at creating an emotional story telling behind each product, but the Officine Universelle is constantly expanding, last but not least his arrival in Italy with a new boutique in the heart of Brera in Milan.
