Luxury Boutique Hotel | Video Interview
In the beating heart of the Eternal City, halfway between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, is our first stop on this exciting journey which is "Smart Working in the Most Beautiful Realities of Italy": the Poesis Experience boutique hotel.
A historic building, built in the early 1700s, completely renovated and embellished in its rooms by a modern style of furniture signed by Lago Design. Inside it is still possible to admire the ancient doors of the structure, today transformed into elegant pieces of furniture. But that's not all: during the renovation works, the project drawings in pencil made by the workers of the time were found, which today enrich the most important Suite of the Boutique Hotel.
There are 8 rooms in all, of which formally 3 are suites, although they all have a floor area far superior to the classic dimensions observed in hotels. Each room presents along one of the walls a romantic verse of a certain depth, different for each environment, almost as if you wanted to tell a story.
The Poesis Experience opens its doors to the public at the end of 2019 thanks to the entrepreneurial mastery of the Minasi family. Guglielmo takes care of the organizational and management aspects, while his mother Isabella and his brother Gianluca of the restaurant, and then there is Michele, who holds the role of front and back officer. An absolutely not negligible aspect of Poesis is its welcome: a family warmth, cordiality, availability and the desire to know and tell their guests.
We were very pleased to have had the opportunity to dine with this wonderful family, tasting the dishes prepared by the Poetic Chef Gianluca Minasi and chatting with them. The pleasure is to grasp the true essence of these realities. Really know the people behind the Excellence, who allow it to evolve with dedication and commitment. Admiring and being able to tell not only the classic and static beauty of a hotel, but its values, ideas, its history.
