Rising within the rolling vineyards of Yarra Valley, Levantine Hill Hotel promises a nuanced kind of luxury when it opens in 2025. Conceived as a seamless extension of the estate’s cellar and sculpture garden, the boutique property includes just 33 suites—some with circular marble tubs and private balconies overlooking grapevines and art installations.

Designed by Fender Kastalidis, its interiors are meant to age with dignity: raw plaster walls, olive-toned textiles, and hand-carved timber. Public spaces flow into vineyard terraces; a hidden pool and indoor gym feel rooted yet purposeful.

Levantine Hill doesn’t celebrate excess. It honours detail: a sunrise over grape rows; a quiet glass of pinot by candlelight; a walk among garden sculptures. Here, luxury is measured in grounded elegance and mindful pace.
